US EPA Proposal Seeks to Ease Pollution Rules

As if there weren't enough toxins in the air already, the US Environmental Protection Agency (so called) has released draft rules that would amend the Clean Air Act to allow refineries, hazardous waste incinerators, chemical plants and steel mills to emit more toxic air emissions without triggering expensive pollution-reduction rules.
